Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EnrichMe website, mobile application, and Centre dashboard (together, the "Platform"), operated by EnrichMeKids Pte. Ltd. ("EnrichMe", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, browsing listings, making a booking, or registering as an enrichment centre, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What EnrichMe Is

EnrichMe is a marketplace that connects parents ("Parents", "you") with independent enrichment centres ("Centres") offering classes and programmes for children. EnrichMe is not the provider of any class, programme, or activity listed on the Platform — each Centre is an independent business responsible for the content, quality, and safe delivery of its own programmes.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Parents may add child profiles ("Students") to make bookings on their behalf; by doing so you confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian.

3. Centre Registration and Approval

  • Registering as a Centre creates an account that is pending EnrichMe's approval. We may approve, reject, or request more information before a Centre account becomes active.
  • Every listing a Centre creates or edits is likewise reviewed and must be approved by EnrichMe before it becomes visible to Parents on the Platform.
  • Centres must keep listing information — pricing, schedules, age ranges, capacity, and descriptions — accurate and up to date.
  • EnrichMe may suspend, delist, or reject any Centre account or listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms, at our reasonable discretion.

4. Bookings and Payments

When a Parent books a class, payment is processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. Card payments made through the Platform are paid directly into the relevant Centre's own bank account via Stripe Connect.

Centres access the Platform on a subscription basis, as described on their account and the applicable pricing shown to them at sign-up. EnrichMe's fees relate to this subscription, separate from — and not deducted from — the amounts Parents pay for bookings.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

[Placeholder — please confirm and replace with your actual policy.] Because booking payments go directly to the Centre, cancellation and refund requests are handled by the Centre in accordance with its own stated policy for that class or programme. EnrichMe may assist in facilitating a request (for example, via in-app chat) but does not independently guarantee or issue refunds on a Centre's behalf. Reschedules and holiday changes initiated by a Centre will be communicated to affected Parents through the Platform.

6. Loyalty Points, Vouchers, and Promo Codes

Parents may earn loyalty points on completed bookings, redeemable for vouchers or discounts as described on the Platform. Points and vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be capped, expired, or adjusted by EnrichMe from time to time. Promo codes are subject to any conditions stated at the time they are offered and may be withdrawn or invalidated in cases of suspected misuse.

7. Level-Up Assessment

Level-Up is a game-based activity intended to help surface a child's interests and suggest relevant programmes. It is provided for informational and recommendation purposes only, is not a clinical, psychological, or diagnostic assessment, and should not be relied upon as such.

8. Reviews

Parents may leave a review only after completing a booking for that listing, and reviews must reflect a genuine experience. EnrichMe may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violate these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • provide false information when registering an account, child profile, or listing;
  • use the Platform to arrange payment for a booking outside the Platform in order to avoid applicable fees;
  • harass, defame, or misrepresent another user, Centre, or child;
  • upload content you don't have the rights to, or that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing; or
  • attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Platform's systems.

10. Intellectual Property

The EnrichMe name, logo, and Platform design belong to EnrichMeKids Pte. Ltd. Centres retain ownership of the listing content (descriptions, photos) they upload, and grant EnrichMe a licence to display it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

11. Limitation of Liability

EnrichMe provides the Platform to connect Parents and Centres but is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the actual delivery of any class or programme. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnrichMe is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from a Centre's programme, conduct, or premises; disputes are between the Parent and the relevant Centre. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or poses a risk to other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
